DESCRIPTION:Negli ultimi 15 anni la pratica implantare quotidiana è stata stravolta dall’affermarsi delle tecniche di inserimento di impianti post estrattivi non solo nel caso di riabilitazioni ad arcata completa\, ma anche spesso in zone estetiche e non\, abbinandole a protesi con funzione o carico immediato. \nQuesto tipo di tecnica chirurgica non solo consente di mantenere i volumi tissutali presenti al momento dell’estrazione\, ma addirittura di incrementarli utilizzando i presidi adeguati.\nNelle aree ad alta valenza estetica va garantita non solo l’osteointegrazione implantare con la conseguente funzione masticatoria degli stessi\, ma anche un risultato estetico ottimale che va mantenuto negli anni. Per avere successo con questo tipo di riabilitazione un ruolo fondamentale è rivestito dal tipo di impianto utilizzato\, dalle sue dimensioni e non ultimo dal corretto inserimento tridimensionale. A tali fattori vanno ovviamente abbinati gli adeguati biomateriali e presidi farmacologici che al giorno d’oggi sono di fondamentale importanza per mantenere i tessuti duri e molli nel tempo. \nA tale riguardo il relatore farà il punto di tutte quelle che sono le novità in questo ambito che ci possono permettere di ottenere e mantenere a lungo temine i risultati ottenuti da un punto di vista estetico e funzionale. \nRelatore: Dr. Giuliano Garlini
